Sidmouth – famous for being part of the Jurassic coast and its popular folk week is set to become even more famous, now that there’s a SU mission there! Situated on the East Devon Coast, Sidmouth Family Mission offers an exciting and fun-packed week of events to help children and families get to know the love of God!
With the support of local churches, SidFM will work with children from 5 to 14 and their families to present the unchanging gospel of Christ in a relevant, credible way. Whether local to or on holiday in SIdmouth, this new mission will help you to generate or regenerate a relationship with Jesus. With a barn dance and a BBQ; music and mayhem; puppets and performances; sand-sculptures and sports Sidmouth Family Mission is set to fill you with fun and faith.
The team will be an enthusiastic bunch of Christians from various regions who will meet each morning and have an action packed program of Bible-based activities to bring the stories alive. Before meeting again folk will be able to gather at the local Blackmore Gardens for the SIDFM show; hosting games, music, quizzes, dramas and puppets. With some Olympic themed events children will also be able to make new friends within afternoon age group activites. Hang out with your friends again in the evening and enjoy some family fun.
