This is an opportunity to be a volunteer on a camp for 11 to 14 year olds working alongside other UK and Croatian volunteers. There will also be an opportunity to spend a few days in Zagreb sightseeing, so you will get a varied experience of Croatia.
UK volunteers will be responsible for certain parts of the programme, in particular the Bible teaching time which will be based on Scripture Union holiday club material. You will also have the opportunity to lead or help with small group activities, crafts and games. Some of the activities that the campsite offers include climbing, archery, football, volleyball and table tennis.
During the camp you will be staying in the centre or camping with the children and in Zagreb in a church house.
Youth leaders
Do you have some members of your youth group (16+) that you feel would really benefit from an overseas missions experience? You could all join this team together and oversee them whilst encouraging them to develop their practical and leadership skills and also their faith.
