Life Actually

The end of Year 11 signals a pivotal point in the lives of young people, a time when they face major changes, challenges and opportunities. They have to make big choices about their future – about if, what and where to study next year; about jobs, relationships, values and identity. The choices they make now will have consequences for the rest of their lives.
Without realising it, they are choosing the sort of people they’re going to be and where God fits in, if at all! That’s quite a lot to have to think about when you’re only 16.

A book designed for Year 11 students to help them deal with the choices and changes that confront them as they come to the end of their compulsory school life.

Written by experienced youth worker Jenny Baker, it contains credible advice, facts and real life stories on a whole range of subjects including exams relationships, money, stress, parties and dealing with parents. It also invites readers to explore where God fits in.
