Perranporth

In the nineteenth century Perranporth was a Cornish tin mining village. These days it’s a superb family beach resort in an area which also attracts walkers, cavers, surfers and sand yachters.

The summer mission in Perranporth, known locally as 360, is exploring many ways in which to engage with local people and visiting holidaymakers. The varied programme – beach activities, sports, Bible study, pub gigs and lots more – is a mix of the tried and tested and the innovative and is well supported by local churches.

‘Seeing children come back year after year, helping them along the way towards making a faith decision – it’s so worthwhile and exciting!’

According to Ant, ‘This is an exciting time to be part of 360. The team is growing and our ministry is expanding. We are continually looking at new ways of sharing Jesus, so why not join us and bring your ideas too!’
