We believe the best way to gain youthwork, team and leadership skills is to get alongside trained leaders who will inspire and mentor you throughout the week. That's what Training in Action is all about. You'll develop your knowledge, talents and gifts to help 11 to 14s have a great holiday at Action Replay. And you can further put these skills into practice by designing and running parts of the programme.
There will be opportunities to reflect during personal spiritual times and to enjoy being part of a fantastic community. We believe that in serving others you will grow in your faith. Go home motivated and changed.
This holiday is based at Winchester House School (NN13 7AZ) in the small market town of Brackley. Holidays make good use of the sports hall, large playing field, outdoor heated swimming pool (with diving board and water slide) as well as the extensive buildings. Bedrooms vary in size but on average sleep 10 young people.
