York Schools Youth Trust is a registered charity committed to the relevant and effective presentation of the Christian faith to York's children and young people, particularly in schools. Established in 1997, YoYo employs 7 members of staff and works in partnership with youth workers and volunteers from local churches and organisations.
The team undertake a number of activities in primary and secondary schools with a real emphasis on engaging with the RE curriculum and therefore regularly teaching lessons / leading assemblies in most of the schools in York.
