Who we are

Scripture Union in England and Wales is a registered charity and is made up of around 80 staff, over 4,000 volunteers, 45 Associate Trusts and 20 Trustees.  Up to 50 volunteers are concerned with governance of the movement, for example as Council members and Regional Teams.

Scripture Union staff, including the , work across the country in a variety of roles. Those not working in the national office in Milton Keynes, are clustered in seven  as detailed in the map below.

Volunteers, Associate Trusts, Affiliate organisations, church groups and others work closely with each of the regional staff members to run a variety of different events, training courses, holidays and missions for children, young people, families, schools and groups in local communities.
