Scripture Union believes that young children are important to God and that we, as Christians and members of the church, have a responsibility to nurture them. This means that we teach them about God and his story and nurture their developing faith through providing opportunities to worship, pray and express themselves.
We meet young children on Sunday mornings when they come to the church with their families, but also during the week. Many churches run midweek parent and toddler groups and increasingly, others are providing toddler services, holiday clubs (alongside clubs for older children) and other activities.
Whatever your church background or experience, we want to help you to provide an exciting and meaningful programme for the young children, where you can meet God together whilst having fun! (Fun for you as well as the children!)
We are planning to restart our regular Tiddlywinks email with links to new and seasonal resources, news about training events and tips and ideas for your under 5s group.
